Designed for the couple who would like the assistance of a professional to plan an amazing beach wedding ceremony in Southwest Michigan!

We work with you to find the perfect location for your beach wedding, from securing the rentals and musicians needed, to providng the officiant, flowers and everything else you need to make your day perfect. Your planner is on hand to assist with your wedding day, from 2 hours prior to the ceremony for setup, until the last guest leaves.

Basic Planning

Perfect for the couple planning from out of town who need some help getting started, and access to professional assistance along the way! Designed to assist you with finding ceremony & reception venues, transportation and guest accommodations to fit your needs, style and budget. Also includes hourly assistance to be used as needed as you plan! Whether you need assistance with invitation wording, room layouts, etiquette or logistical issues, use your hourly consultation hours as you wish to address your personal needs!

Beginning with a detailed budget, we'll walk you through as you begin your planning and connect you with reliable vendors and venues. We will secure reduced rates and reservations for guest accommodations and will assist you in setting up transportation services for your guests. Then, the details are left to you (though we're always just an email away if you have questions) and we'll join you again two months prior to your wedding to help you pull together all of your planning and orchestrate your perfect day! And, of course, we'll be there to assist you on your wedding day!

Full-Service Planning

Our all-inclusive full-service planning is perfect for brides planning destination weddings in Southwest Michigan and along the lake shore!

We'll assist you from start to finish with a detailed budget, invitations, design concept, attire, vendors, guest accomodations, bar service, rentals, menu selection, music and more!

We will connect you with vendors who not only fit your budget, but also your style and personality. From the initial design concepts to vendor selection and the finishing touches, we focus on creating a wedding that expresses you, down to even the smallest detail.

Because of our attentive and hands-on approach to each couple, we unfortunately have to limit the number of full-service weddings we handle each year--please contact us for availability.

Ultimate Day-of Coordination (DOC)

Don't let the name fool you---"Day of" services actually begin 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day! Designed for the couple who wants to handle the planning, but would like the assistance of a professional to make sure the day goes smoothly down to the smallest detail! First, we'll guide you in the right direction by matching you with professional & trusted vendors that fit both your budget and your style!

We'll work side-by-side with you to help your wedding day run as smoothly as possible. From setup and vendor deliveries to last minute trouble shooting, we'll be a single point of contact for all vendors so that you can relax and enjoy your wedding day! From the wedding morning to the receptions end, we'll be there to handle all of the details while you enjoy your special day!

Services included:

• One meeting up to 6 weeks prior to your wedding
• List of trusted professional vendors to meet your style and budget
• Contact all vendors prior to wedding to confirm details and appointments
• Up to 4 hours of decor setup for ceremony and reception
• Attend and direct rehearsal, as needed
• Assistance with wedding day vendor deliveries and appointments
• Act as single point of contact for vendors and staff on wedding day
• Work side-by-side with vendors to ensure you receive the ultimate service
• Coordinator is on-site up to 4 hours prior to ceremony, until end of reception

Custom Design Services

You've found the perfect location---now let us help you design the details that your guests will remember! We will work with you to create a beautiful wedding day design that reflects your personality and style!

Custom design services begin at $1250 and are available to brides getting married throughout Michigan!

• Creation of room layouts to ensure event flow
• Ceremony decor/setup for your outdoor wedding
• Specialty linen rentals
• Uplighting, gobos and other specialty light treatments
